"The Emu has many names because of our many language groups. One my grandfather taught me was Pinyali. The Emu is a very curious animal so our people devised many ways to catch them as they run very fast.
The footprints show how our people track them. The hand sign says we belong to this land. The U shaped symbol show three women sitting around the camp fire".
